• Ladies and Gentlemen.
It is a great pleasure for me to be among you on this occasion of presentation of 2010 New Year wishes.
Permit me, above all, carry out a legitimate duty, that of thanking God Almighty from whom all good things originate and to express my profound gratitude to the Head of State, His Excellency Paul BIYA, for bestowing his confidence on my humble person.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Collaborators,
Your presence here is, for sure, an evidence of your adherence to the policy of women’s empowerment and family protection. I thank you for that.
Considering our expectations, the balance sheet of activities carried out through 2009 that has just been brilliantly presented by the Secretary General is encouraging.
I therefore wish to congratulate all stakeholders: collaborators, partners, and target populations for the significant results achieved.

 The Minister of the Women's Rmpowerment and Family presided over the medals awards to the meritorious personnel of her ministerial departement. In all 15 medals in wich there are 7 Golds, 3 sylvers and 4 jewels and a title of "Chevalier de l'ordre de la Valeur". Among the 10 recipients there where only one man.It means that the implication of women in women's empoverment policy is a reality. [Photos]

MINPROFF HAS ORGANISED A JOINT MARRIAGE CELEBRATION FOR 144 COUPLES IN DOUALA
They had waited this occasion for long. 17 years of shared life, rich and prosperous with a set of twins. There was need to, once and for all, make this union official, a union that had already been blessed by both families. Jacques and Esther NGUENANG were radiant with joy last Saturday at the government square in Douala. This couple that hails from Nkongsamba in the Moungo Division was officially united by Madam Suzanne Mbomback, Minister of Women’s Empowerment and Family (Minproff), alongside 143 other couples from the four Divisions of the Littoral Region.
