This project is funded by the African Development Bank. It includes a section on supporting women’s economic activities and fighting against HIV/AIDS;
MINCOF participated in March 2003 in deliberations of the Steering Committee of the Project as well as the PARFAR supervisory mission.
Central management structures for PARFAR were put in place at the level of the regional delegations of Adamawa, North and Far North.
A call for candidatures was published for the recruitment of personnel in these structures.
This project is financed by ADB and UNDP. MINPROFF is a member of the loans approval and steering committees.
